Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts, trimmed, halved
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 F
- Put Brussels sprouts in plastic zip lock bag with salt, pepper, and oil. Shake well to coat.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread sprouts on sheet.
- Bake sprouts for 20-25 minutes, until they are charred and caramelized.
